Refunds are not given for purchases. Read the sections below carefully before paying — you accept these terms at checkout.

2. Trial & New Subscriptions

Our cloud does not offer a free trial. To try our cloud the minimum entry is the weekly subscription.

3. Recurring Subscriptions

Recurring subscriptions can be canceled at any time. Cancelling stops future payments, but does not automatically issue refunds for already-processed billing cycles — please contact support for refund requests.

4. One-time Purchases (Configs / Combos / Proxies)

One-time purchases are generally non-refundable once delivered and accessed. Exceptions are made if the product is demonstrably defective or materially different from its description. Provide supporting details (screenshots, logs) when requesting a refund.

5. Chargebacks

Opening a chargeback with your payment provider before contacting us may delay the process and result in account suspension. We ask that you contact support first so we can try to resolve the issue directly.
